Come and learn Qigong. I teach a set of movements called the 18 Luohan Hands. You will learn 6 movements per class. Each movement will be repeated several times so your body remembers it easily. Each movement has several health benefits. Learn all 18 movements, and you will have a Qi gong pharmacy memorized which you can use to maintain or improve your health. You will also receive handouts to help you remember the movements and their benefits.

In this class you will learn 6 of the movements. This class will focus on the first 6 movements of the 18 Luohan hands. Some of the reported benefits from these movements include: Lower blood pressure, reduced anxiety, relief from tinnitis and reduced cravings for addictive substances.
