Description

Qigong is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that consists of gentle movements combined with the breath (and sometimes sound) to move energy (Qi) throughout the body to improve health.

Qi, or life force energy flows through us constantly through energy meridians. These meridians travel through all of our internal organs providing energy to our organs. As we go through our day we experience many stressors including work stress, emotional stress and physical stress. These stressors have an impact on our energetic body and over time affect our physical and spiritual body.

In this workshop you will learn 6 of the 18 Luohan hands. We will learn movements 13 to 18. Workshops are offerred monthly. In 3 months you can learn all 18 movements.
