For example, this hands-on workshop introduces one of the most powerful techiques to come out of the Lean Startup movement, Assumptions Mapping.

You Will Learn

→ How to apply Innovation Accounting in both B2C and B2B settings and how to communicate progress to stakeholders for productive Pivot/Persevere/Kill decision meetings.

→ How to identify and address specific adoption, cultural and leadership challenges.

→ Practical techniques on how to apply this to your organization without destroying your brand.

Conteneo Weave™ License

You will receive a Professional license to the Conteneo Weave platform, which will enable you to leverage many of the Frameworks used by Lean Startup and its associated practices, such as Design Thinking, with distributed teams and scalable enterprises.

Why You Should Attend

"Loved the #LeanStartup Workshop in SF! Great introduction to Lean Startup concepts with several hands-on exercises." Prasad Saranjame - Operations Leader - VMware

This workshop is based on David's real world experiences launching corporate minimum viable products in the market. These Lean Startup exercises have been used by countless teams and products to bridge the gap between Design Thinking and Agile Software Development practices. If you find yourself in an organization trying to adapt to conditions of extreme uncertainty, this workshop gives you actionable tools and advice that you can take back to your teams and apply right away.

David J Bland is the Founder / CEO of PRECOIL, an innovation consulting agency in the San Francisco Bay Area. He's pioneered the adoption of Lean Startup in companies such as Toyota, Adobe, Hotwire and GE. Prior to founding PRECOIL, David was a Principal at Neo Innovation and at BigVisible Solutions. David has spent much of his early career helping scale startups in risk averse industries.
