Join us for our next Lean Manufacturing Simulation training on Thursday, February 9th!
This Lean Manufacturing Simulation is an 8 hour activity based workshop which teaches participants Lean principles, practices, and techniques. Lean is a systematic method for eliminating waste, reducing variation, and adding value to processes in order to continually improve customer satisfaction. Participants can expect to be fully engaged while they experience the power and value of Lean through group activities, case studies, and simulations.
As a result of this course, participants will be able to:
- Explain how Lean principles and practices improve business performance
- Describe the Lean philosophy and approach to continuous improvement
- Define value and waste
- Identify key Lean tools and techniques for waste elimination
- Describe the process of Lean implementation
- Explain the role of Lean leadership
- Identify the critical success factors
Brad Gilreath, Quality Systems Trainer and Coach, Express Employment Professionals
Brad has been providing training and consulting services to the manu-facturing industry since 1993 and has logged over 20,000 hours of classroom training. He is a quality engineer by trade with 15 years of quality management experience. Brad has provided consulting and training in all aspects of quality assurance, including: implementation and development for ISO/TS16949 certification, internal quality auditing, Six Sigma, Lean/competitive manufacturing, statistical process control, and formalized problem solving.
Mike Gilreath, Lean Six Sigma Trainer and Coach, Express Employment Professionals
Michael, a senior member of the American Society for Quali-ty, is certified as a Six Sigma Blackbelt, Quality Engineer, and Quality Systems Lead Auditor. He has provided consulting and training in all aspects of Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality & Environmental Manage-ment Systems to over 100 organizations including healthcare, manu-facturing, and education.
