On a quarterly basis, our Lean In Chapter gathers to think about our overall direction. At this meeting we will focus on supporting current and future circle leaders.
If you leading a circle or want to in the next year, YOU are just the person we want at this meeting.
If you come to this meeting, we promise to use your time well. If you joined Lean In to connect with inspiring people who are "leaning in", this is the place to be on Sunday, Februay 18.
As usual, you are welcome to come a few minutes early at 12:15 p.m. to get settled in or just come from 12:30 - 2:30 p.m.
Draft Agenda:
- Announcements, jobs, grounding exercise, icebreaker (I’m a feminist but…)
- Explain new structure, vocabulary, Slack use, feedback system 1-5
- Second round icebreaker
- Break
- Small groups on What’s going well? What’s a challenge? What support would you like? What are your goals for 2018?
- Report back to large group
- Meeting evaluation & appreciations
