Meeting Description

It’s often said that technical skills get you the interview, but soft skills get you the job. In this meeting, you will identify your own soft or transferable skills and learn how these can be used to advance your career.

Specialized individual development plans (IDPs) have been developed by professional organizations and have been adapted by HR programs to help employees to identify necessary skills for meeting personal objectives and achieving promotions, but IDPs can be lacking for long-term planning or for those seeking career change.

During this meeting, we will discuss how to incorporate transferable skills into your personal IDP, which can be developed for career advancement, career change, personal growth, or any area of your life where you would like to set a new goal to achieve.

This meeting will be lead by
