OCTOBER - EVERYONE COMMUNICATES FEW CONNECT

At Wilmington Public Library we have books - a lot of books!

Over 90 of our books were written by bestselling leadership author John C. Maxwell.

And this summer, the Innovation Space at Wilmington Public Library has collaborated with Nathan Eckel of the John Maxwell Team - to unpack three of John's bestselling books for us.

Have you ever been to our brand new 2nd floor? We renovated several spaces that are perfect for projects, team meetings, and community gatherings, and we want you to see it - as well as learn valuable content that will add value to your life and workplace.

Mark your calendar for 2nd Thursdays at 3:30 in the afternoon.

Here’s what you'll add to your skillset:

Everyone Communicates Few Connect

When you attend this session, you will:

• Practice strategies that take you beyond “communicating" to enjoy effective connection with others.
• Lessen frustration, stress & surprises that come with communication (and miscommunication).
• Grow your reputation & influence for greater results in life and work.

Join us October (2nd Thursday) 3:30pm

One important element of growth is COMMUNITY. And it's built into this event.

You will join other people investing in their growth.

When you attend this session, you will become familiar with 15 key principles of personal growth such as:
