  • How to mix the perfect cocktail of motivational brain chemicals that will get you moving

Part 2: Charting & Starting Your Quest toward the Future (1pm-4:30 pm)

You will learn how to:

  • Use visual cues to make taking meaningful steps easier and more frequent
