What is Wilpower?

Wilpower is a program designed to elevate the next generation of women leaders.  We convene experts in marketing, leadership, strategic thinking and communication in monthly workshops to empower participants to develop valuable skills for navigating and blazing the path to leadership. You’ll bond with a community of like-minded women and support one another to grow your careers. During the course of 2016, you’ll obtain strategic and actionable advice, with interactive sessions on:

- Personal Branding

- Negotiation

- Networking

- Communication

- Social Media

In addition to the monthly workshops and special networking events throughout the year, you will be able to enoy Wilpower Rings. Wilpower Rings are small and informal discussion groups designed to enable you and your peers to connect in a deeper way to the inspiring and challenging information presented in the Wilpower program.

How do I know if the Wilpower program is the right program for me?

- You are a self-motivated woman with five to 15 years professional experience in the technology sector

- You work in tech, advising technology companies or their executives as an engineer, scientist, lawyer, accountant or marketer

- You’re already successful and want to advance to the next level as a leader, manager or counselor

If any of these items sound familiar Wilpower is your next step to success!

How does the Wilpower program work?

The Wilpower program is a monthly program and networking group, a training ground for emerging executives. Wilpower workshops will take place in four locations in 2016: San Francisco, Palo Alto, New York City, and Seattle. The monthly workshops run from 7:45a.m. to 10a.m. on Friday mornings, beginning January 2016 (to see detailed schedule please visit Wilpower page). The Wilpower program participants are also invited to special networking events throughout the year, including a holiday celebration in December.

More detailed information about the 2016 Wilpower program, locations, and schedules are available on our website.  To see our current 2015 Wilpower program, locations, and schedules see our website.
