Pre-requisites

All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® 4 Agilist (SA) certification exam:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product, or project management
  • Experience in Scrum

Professional Development Units (PDUs)

Attendees may be eligible to apply for 15 PDUs toward their continuing education requirements with the Project Management Institute (PMI) for PMP, PgMP, and PMI-ACP certifications

Scrum Education Units (SEUs)

Attendees may be eligible to apply for SEUs under category C, toward earning or renewing their CSP through Scrum Alliance

John is a passionate Coach and Trainer who loves seeing teams grow through a combination of Relationship Systems Coaching, Improv and learning through simulation. John has worked mainly in the financial sector in the last few years implementing SAFe whilst working through some of the frustrations when working in a heavily regulated and distributed environment, he can often be found at meetups around London looking for new ideas to try and experiment with. In his spare time, he has a love for Martial Arts achieving a black belt in two different styles as well as looking after his 3 amazing children

Scrum Master | Agile Coach

Rick is an international conference speaker, community coach and associate trainer. He has been a programme manager, change manager, project manager, development manager, scrum master, Java developer and general dogsbody. Rick actively associates with the Agile community by adding value through meet-ups and supporting like minded organisations where he can. Outside of work his two independent daughters curtail his hobbies of doing as little as possible
