Leading SAFe 5.0® – Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA)

Excella Training’s Leading SAFe 5.0 – Certified SAFe 5 Agilist (SA) course is a two-day, interactive learning experience that provides an overview of how to develop a Lean-Agile Mindset and apply the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) to support Agile teams, programs, and Program Portfolio Management. This class focuses on how to coordinate and lead a Lean-Agile transformation at an enterprise scale.

What You’ll Learn

This class helps students understand and apply the values and principles of a Lean-Agile mindset while applying SAFe’s Lean and Agile principles to the roles and practices of SAFe. The class will include information about creating high-performing teams, leading a SAFe transformation with SAFe’s Implementation Roadmap, supporting PI Planning, driving release on-demand with the Continuous Delivery Pipeline, and will help you coordinate multiple Agile Release Trains and suppliers with a Solution Train. The course outline is included below:

Certification

Students who complete the class will be eligible to take the SAFe® 5 Agilist exam and become Certified SAFe Agilist (SA).

Additionally, this course also allows students to claim 14 Project Management Institute (PMI)® Professional Development Units (PDUs)*.

Cancellation Policy

Students submitting cancellation requests 10 business days or more prior to the start of the course are entitled to a full refund. Students submitting cancellation requests less than 10 business days prior to the start of the course will be offered a credit toward a future Excella Training course of equivalent value, or a refund less a processing fee of $100. Should the organizer cancel the course for any reason, each registered student will be issued a full refund.
