Sustained Lean success depends on so much more than simply applying some Lean tools. It involves developing employees that are competent Lean “mechanics” and creating a workplace where they are inspired to apply their waste-attacking skills. That requires strong and talented leader/managers.
This workshop explores some fundamental, but not always obvious, concepts for supervisors and managers including:
- Various leadership & management roles and the criticalness of each
- Different communication mechanisms & their effectiveness
- Motivating employees
- Rounding on employees
This interactive workshop will include table exercises and opportunities for self-reflection encourage participants to identify behaviors to start doing, stop doing, increase or decrease in an effort to improve the Lean culture within their respective work areas.
This workshop will be faciltated by Rick Brimeyer . Click here to learn more
