This course provides critical, real-world guidance for managers transitioning from a traditional environment to Agile and for Product Owners, Scrum Masters and Technical Leads who have had basic training and are ready to grow their leadership skills and support teams in becoming high-performing.

You have a solid understanding of the framework and are looking to gain more skills to lead teams and learn to effectively deal with conflict and challenges that arise when leading collaborative teams. Moreover, you want to hear how others are tackling these complexities.

This class, Leading High Performing Teams, will set you up to dive deep into these more advanced topics for Agile leaders. This is a class where you will learn how to deal with real-world challenges through some of the softer skills that go beyond the basics of a ScrumMaster or Product Owner course. In this two-day class, participants will start by brainstorming many of the real-world challenges they face as leaders and then discuss practical ways to address the challenges. The course aims to help the Leadership Triangle (ScrumMasters, Product Owners, Technical/Solution Leads) and managers to gain a deeper understanding of their roles and how to lead high-performing, self-organizing teams, by covering key Servant Leadership, Facilitation and Soft Skills necessary for each role to be successful.
