Certificate Training Program for Executives, Managers, Supervisors, and OD Professionals
“LEADING FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE PROGRAM – THE ADVANCED SKILLS”
Ten power packed sessions, each 3 hours of training, providing a 30-hour Certificate Program. This training is designed to develop a leader’s strategic skills for fulfilling their expanding role as change agents, facilitators, conflict managers, and project leaders. These skills will prepare leaders at all levels to deal with the more serious and difficult situations of leadership today. The entire program is designed to build participants’ confidence and competence for collaborating with internal and eternal partners in support of the organization’s vision, mission, and goals.
Participants will learn how to:
Think and act strategically
Use best practices for leading change initiatives
Engage their team to meet organizational vision, mission and goals!

Facilitator - Wayne J. Owens
Wayne’s passion is to provide pragmatic training solutions to maximize High Performance, and cultivate a workplace of accountability, and quality of work-life.
Wayne’s expertise is in Organizational Effectiveness, 21st Century Leadership, Management/Supervisory Development, Team Building, and Workforce Engagement. His participants connect with his training approaches, facilitation style, and pragmatic advice. He is best known for “his House of High Performance Model”, used daily by managers, supervisors, and HRC client organizations to develop and maintain high potential performers.
His Coaching Process has proven to change the skills and behaviors of leaders and performers, so that they overcome the barriers to their effectiveness.
Wayne earned his Master of Education Degree from Xavier University in 1994 with an emphasis on Adult Education, Human Resource Development. He is a member of the Association for Talent Development, serves as an outreach faculty member at Northern Kentucky University, and has received a variety of accommodations for his outstanding work, including “Facilitator of the Year”, Hamilton County, Ohio.
