DODD requires all SUPERVISORS to be trained with 90 days of becoming a supervisor on service documentation, billing for services and managing individual’s funds. PRG is happy to announce our new training designed with the new supervisor in mind.
During the morning session Melissa will present on Leading 101. This is a rapid fire, two-hour session of what leading really means. Melissa will share ideas and thoughts from some of today’s top leaders as well as how to make the transition from peer to leader.
The afternoon session will be a three-hour session on the Ohio Medicaid Waiver Billing System and Managing Client Funds. DODD now requires supervisors to have this training. All aspects of billing will be covered, including rules, documentation requirements, EMBS system, PAWS, compliance and more. Managing client funds effectively is important for not only your organization but for the individuals we manage those funds for. A portion of the afternoon session will be spent of this as well and how to set up good systems and compliance inside of your organization.
Your supervisors will get to spend the day with peers who are in the same place they are. We have everything covered.....materials, food and supplies.
This is a casual event, so wear comfortable clothing and come ready for an action packed day of training.

Refunds will be made in the form of another training. If you are unable to attend, let us know and we will give you a list of events that are upcoming and you can choose any one you would like.
