A one-day #LeadershipLab for entrepreneurs, innovators, and changemakers, inspired by the curriculum of the Hive Global Leaders Program..
Here, you'll learn some critical mindsets, skills, and tools to develop your own leadership style while sharpening your own purpose. These include:
- Empathy-building and collaboration
- Rapid prototyping (inspired by a session by GoogleX co-founder Tom Chi)
- Life design
- And more
This workshop is organized by Niña Terol, an alumna of the recently-concluded Hive Global Leaders Program in San Francisco, USA.
She describes herself as a “communicator, connector, and changemaker,” having had a colorful, 17-year communications career that has spanned the corporate, non-profit, creative enterprise, government, media, and academic sectors. An advocate of “work-life integration,” she wears many different hats and fuses her different roles in her day-to-day life. These include heading corporate affairs for a multinational integrated marketing communications firm; being co-founder and "Chief Fireball" of the training organization Kick Fire Kitchen; being founding trustee of Business & Professional Women (BPW) Makati and a mentor for startups; as well as being an author, public speaker, and trainer on communications, creativity, and leadership, among others. Her other pursuits include: fitness and wellness, travel, culture, spoken word poetry, and dark chocolate.
