Today’s global, high-speed, complex, and disruptive business environment demands an intentional culture that fosters key drivers no matter how and where the employees and the customers are. These drivers will start a virtuous cycle of productivity and happiness at work when employees feel the organization cares for them.

Employees who feel cared for at work are able to build better products and services for their customers. Customers have a more inspiring buying experience, so they buy more often, recommend the products to others and even contribute with ideas for future products. More sales, more innovation, and less wasted resources end up increasing the business bottom line organically through a virtuous cycle that continues reinforcing better results over time.

This course explains with practical examples the organizational model shown in We Culture, based on four concepts that drive care within the organization: connection, attention, respect and empowerment. Attendees will create a culture within the organization so that the CARE behaviors get incorporated into their daily work.

Key benefits:

Shift the company culture intentionally from a Me to a We mentality through:

  • Developing leaders’ caring habits for their employees and customers
  • Promoting innovation within the team
  • Increasing employees engagement and motivation at work
  • Improving communication and respect in a thriving, diverse environment
  • Leveraging attention to focus on what matters to the individual and the organization
