The course is delivered by Luciana Paulise, Leadership coach and author of the book We Culture.

Luciana Paulise is a leadership coach, speaker and book author, MBA, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Agile Coach and Scrum Master. She conducts research and offers leadership coaching and advisory work on company culture and productivity. Her goal is to help organizations identify and address barriers to achieve an intentional We Culture. She has helped a wide range of companies, from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations, improve quality, employee engagement and innovation. Luciana has recently published her third book, We Culture, 12 skills for growing teams in the future of work, and is also a regular contributor to Forbes, Quality Progress and other international media outlets.

Luciana was the 2014 recipient of the Deming grant and elected as one of the 40 global leaders of quality by Quality Progress.

She is Argentinian and bilingual English-Spanish.
