10:00 – Becoming a Digital Distributor - Strategies and Tools that create value

Keynote speaker, Mark Dancer, will start the day by defining what it means to be a “Digital Distributor”, both today and in the not-to-distant future. We will address all digital tools, including websites, e-commerce, social media, data and analytics, mobility and more, exploring how these tools are making an impact individually, and critically, how they work together to help distributors build coordinated, multichannel platforms for offering differentiated customer experiences.

12:00 - Lunch

Lunch will be provided by Achieve IT Solutions for all guests.

1:00 – Supporting Distributor’s Digital Vision – Insights and Recommendations

Taking the lead from the topics discussed by Mark in the morning session, Tim Singleton will share with the audience both the successes and hurdles that distributors often experience while embracing a digital strategy.

Tim will also provide valuable insights into how the technology industry has developed centralized ‘digital business platforms’, which supports the need to capture and analyze all of data to provide distributors ‘one version of the truth’.
