Leadership Roundtables Community calls are designed to bring together leaders of all levels in a supportive discussion. Together, with peers sharing similar experiences, we’ll help you thrive in your new role and responsibilities.
Our monthly community calls are a mix of facilitated discussion, peer coaching, and open forum.
When & Where
2nd Wednesday of each month from 9am – 10am PST. The discussion will be highly interactive and consist of large and small breakout rooms. Monthly participation is limited to 10.
Topics
Each monthly discussion will be facilitated by me, Bjorn Bonholzer, founder of Voyager Strategy. The agenda will vary each meeting and will driven entirely by you – the participants.

Hi, I’m Bjorn.
I am energized by my work and love what I do. I primarily support new and early executives because I’ve seen what happens when this important group isn’t set up for success. I can relate to you.
I started my own leadership and organization development practice because I hate seeing incredible, talented, high-potential individuals struggle (or worse, not be given the opportunity and space) to become competent, influential, and respected leaders.
I work 1:1 with new and existing managers and directors to become the leader they aspire to be. I work with groups and teams to create alignment towards shared goals.
