“What is relevant for investors when it comes to Leadership and HR in Start-ups?” this is the starting question we want to explore in this workshop.
Based on this information we then want to give inputs on the topics of growth recruiting strategies, and on how to create a stable growth culture. Using conflicts as potential to learn and grow is also one of the aspects we will dive into.
