Leadership Lunch

At The Human Array, we believe in humans.

We believe that we all offer incredible value to support and learn from each other. Therefore, we will be hosting a regular Leadership Lunch in which we will convene to discuss leadership or career challenges that are coming up for you and others.

Potential topics include:

• Managing up - challenges you are having working with a leader or manager
• Communication - how to better communicate goals, challenges, changes, etc.
• Motivating a team - ideas for building a high-functioning team
• Getting alignment - cross-functional collaboration or selling in a project
