Join us for a truly transformational seminar. This seminar will examine leadership, business and life lessons learned from climbing the “seven summits”, the highest mountain on every continent.

Mark Carr, CEO & President of The Summit Paradigm

Mark is a world-class human resource (HR) consultant and certified executive/leadership coach with extensive international experience.

Mark is also a highly sought after keynote & workshop speaker, an entrepreneur, elite adventurer and mountain climber. He also serves as a professional outdoor adventure guide. Mark has climbed mountains all over the world and has successfully summited the highest peak on six of the seven continents. Mark grew up climbing all of the 14,000 foot peaks in Colorado.

Mark is based in Tucson, Arizona but works with a worldwide client base. He is a recognized expert in all aspects of human capital management including employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, leadership assessment and mergers and acquisitions.

Mark has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (concentrating in Forensic Psychology) from Arizona State University. As an undergraduate, Mark played Division 1 varsity baseball, and was an Academic All American his senior year of college. Mark is certified in both DISC and the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator.
