THE ROI OF CULTURE
All business leaders want to win at the game of business. Many executives believe that focusing on customer service, business strategies and processes are the keys to winning. Far fewer leaders appear to have bought into the phrase “Culture Eats Strategy For Breakfast," a famous quote often attributed to the late business management guru Peter Drucker. Bob Tomes will lead us through a discussion of what is meant by organizational culture, how focusing on culture can improve the bottomline and how conscious leadership and culture intersect. Bob will also leave us with a powerful tool to start shifting your organizations culture to focus on what matters most - great results true to your values.
