A Collaborative Approach to Conflict

Join our ongoing professional development series where leaders go to stay current in leadership strategies and take away tools for their teams. In this presentation, leadership facilitator Nancy Kepner will share a step by step process for addressing conflict.

In business and life we often avoid things we fear, and conflict is one of the big fears - but the choice to turn away costs us dearly. Insteading of handling a confict in 10 minutes, for example, we stretch it out over years. As leaders, we need to grow and get comfortable with conflict. This includes being comfortable with others' feelings and learning how to face and be with conflict in a way that reduces drama and increases authentic connections with others. Come learn these tools in this interactive presentation.

Lunch and networking from 11:30-12:00. Content and practice from 12:00-12:50, with time for questions and mindling at the end. We end at 1:00pm.
