Open to: Federal Employees experienced with the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs to increase Federal leader effectiveness
The Federal Consulting Group (FCG), which is part of Department of Interior, will continue to host a forum to have Federal professionals come together from the fields of training and OD to dialogue around approaches to increasing the leader effectiveness of Federal supervisors, managers and executives on a sustained basis. There will be a particular focus on how to help experienced and skilled Federal leaders, who have reached a plateau in their effectiveness, to achieve their next level of performance.

Do I qualify to attend this event?
This event is open to Federal employees experienced with the design, delivery, and evaluation of programs to increase Federal leader effectiveness. Typically that includes employees working in the areas of leader development training and/or organizational development efforts.
On what dates and times will the Washington, DC Forums be held??
The Washington, DC Forums will all be held from 1:00pm-3:00pm ET on March 8, June 7 and September 13. All sessions wil be held at CSOSA at 633 Indiana Ave, NW (about a block from the Archives--Navy Metro station). See confirmation email for location details.
