In an effort to assist agencies with Executive Onboarding requirements as outlined in the Executive Order--Strengenthing the SES, the U.S Office of Personnel Management, in partnership with The Federal Consulting Group (FCG) is hosting several FREE Leadership Effectiveness Exchange (LEE) workshops for agency executives. The next workshop is scheduled for Tuesday, December 6th, at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), 451 7th St. SW, Brooke Mondale Auditorium, Room C, Washington DC, 20410.
There will be one morning workshop (8:30am-12pm) and one afternoon workshop (1pm-4:30pm). Fifty (50) spaces are available in each workshop, at no cost. Executives need attend only ONE workshop.
Also, please keep in mind the LEE format is always the same as the focus is on providing you an opportunity to work with fellow Executives on the difficult challenges you are facing today. All Agency SES members are encouraged to participate in order to directly experience this unique peer-based approach to increasing leader effectiveness back on the job -- and to ensure a diverse mix of Agencies and executives. Please note that ONLY current Federal Executives (e.g., SES) may attend.
