Leadership Development Workshop 2 - The Science of Listening
We highlight the importance of listening. Did you know that listening constitutes 60% of an employees’ business time? Which is likely why listening is the number one skill employers seek in employees. Yet almost 50% of people quit their jobs because they weren’t listened to and felt unappreciated. We identify the di erent types of automatic listening that we all have naturally and how and why they interfere with communication. Then we reveal and teach the types of generated listening that support communication and strengthen leadership.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU ENROLL IN WORKSHOP 1 - THE SCIENCE OF COMMUNICATION - PRIOR TO ENROLLING IN ANY OF OUR OTHER WORKSHOPS. THE COMMUNICATION-RELATED SKILLS YOU WILL LEARN WILL PROVIDE A FOUNDATION FOR ALL OTHER WORKSHOPS.
