Feedback is one of the most valuable tools that leaders have to develop their staff and stay in alignment with company goals. Yet, when it comes to effective feedback, the magic is in being able to provide it in a way that meets the needs of the person receiving.
Our goals for this workshop are to:
-Learn different approaches to giving feedback to various people with a variety of personalities and values
-Learn how to use feedback to reduce turnover, create trust and build mutual respect with different people
-Discuss how to have conversations about making the feedback process better for both the leader and those they serve

She’s a firm believer that everyone – no matter their career status or organizational team – can benefit immensely from leadership coaching.
She found her calling in stress-reduction coaching after suffering from PTSD from traumatic events that unfolded throughout her life. Her experience with healing and its radical transformation of stress patterns gave her enormous insight into how to dismantle stress within her clients. She has developed a unique coaching style and set of techniques that not only help clients address stress patterns, but also become tools they can return to again and again to handle the stress that comes up within their professional and personal lives.
Shannon thrives in both one-on-one and team coaching. She also enjoys designing her own leadership workshops. Shannon’s passion for helping her clients reclaim their lives through stress reduction is evident in every session and workshop that she produces.
In Shannon’s free time she can often be found gardening, playing with her mini goldendoodle, Phoenix, painting landscapes or reading a new book. She also likes coffee, watching movies with her son and spending time outside.
