Are you an internal Leadership Coach or aspire to be one? Do you want to learn how to have more influence as you coach? Do you want to know new techniques and tools to increase your effectiveness as an internal coach? If so, you will want to apply our systematic approach to enhancing your skills. You will acquire the essential process, tools and skills to be an effective internal coach and walk away with additional resources and information.
The one-day workshop will lead you to

4. Planning Development
5. Facilitating Change
6. Transitioning to Long-term Development
Learn to apply these phases across many coaching assignments including onboarding, skills development, leadership development, career development, transition planning or accelerating high potential performance.
The cost of the workshop is $850 if you register on or before November 1 and $950 if you register after November 1, 2016. Space will be limited and seats will be filled on a first come first served basis.
Breck Arnzen has 20+ years’ experience as an internal and external coach/consultant to senior leaders in large and small companies, guiding them to achieve higher performance. Breck specializes in coaching leaders in maximizing their teams’ effectiveness in today’s highly demanding and competitive business environment. Prior to launching ArnzenGroup in 2001, Breck held senior leadership and organization development positions at Avery Dennison Corporation, SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline) and Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett Packard). He serves as an executive coach at Harvard Business School’s Advancement Management Program. His biopharma clients have included: Agios, Alexion, Biogen, bluebirdbio, Catabasis, Epizyme, Gen9 and Novartis.
Barbara Carter has 20+ years’ experience as a senior human resource leader in the biopharma industry. Barbara specializes in coaching leaders of small start-up to large global companies in how to be more effective in complex and dynamic environments. Prior to starting her consulting practice in 2009, Barbara was a human resources executive at Genetics Institute, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, TransForm Pharmaceuticals and Johnson&Johnson. Barbara competed the graduate executive coaching certificate program at Columbia University, and has focused her executive coaching in the biopharmaceutical industry. Her biopharma clients have included: Acceleron, Alnylam, Arsanis, bluebirdbio, Eleven Biotherapeutics, FORMA, Foundation Medicine, Kala Therapeutics, Pfizer, RA Captial and Sekisui Diagnostics.
