Leadership Circle Profile Certification - Washington DC

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Space Availability

We recommend that you register more than 30 days in advance of a program’s start date to ensure that space is available and so that you have time to complete program requirements.

If you do not pay in full at registration, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance, which is due 30 days before the event.

We reserve the right to refuse applications to this event.

2. Requirements

After you have submitted your program registration form and received acceptance into the program (see below), you will receive an e-mail with a link and instructions for taking the Leadership Circle Profile 360 ° assessment. You must complete the Leadership Circle Profile and get evaluation from others prior to attending certification. This process can take 2-3 weeks. The Leadership Circle Profile must be completed no later than 14 days prior to the program start date. If you have completed a Leadership Circle Profile (with evaluation from others) in the last 24 months, you do not need to do this again for certification.

After you register, you will receive instructions for some additional pre-work prior to attending the event.

You must have experience in executive coaching. After you submit your registration, you will receive phone or e-mail acceptance into the certification program.

3. Conditions for Being Certified

In order to be certified, attendees must be present for the certification program in its entirety – from beginning to end. The Leadership Circle reserves the right to deny certification for the following reasons: missing program modules, or behavior that is disruptive or outside the professional standard of conduct.

4. Daily Schedule & Dress

Each training day begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m. The last day of certification ends at 4:00 p.m.

Dress for this event is business casual.

5. Special Needs

Please let us know if you have special needs involving access or food allergies.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

A $300 USD processing fee will be withheld for any cancellation. Cancellations made in writing more than 30 days prior to the start date of certification will receive a refund less $300 USD processing fee. If cancellation is made in writing less than 30 days prior to start date of certification, a credit of $1,900 USD can be applied to a public Leadership Circle Profile certification program held in the US or Canada within twelve months of cancellation. Cancellations made without written notice or a second cancellation will result in no refund. The Leadership Circle does not apply or transfer fees, refunds, or credits towards any program other than public Leadership Circle Profile certification programs listed by The Leadership Circle for the US or Canada on its website.

7. Meals & Travel Costs

A light breakfast, a lunch, and snacks will be provided each day. Participants are responsible for all travels costs including transportation, hotel, and other meals.

All of our training locations are designed for easy travel access, comfortable accommodations (and amenities) at a reduced group rate (when possible), and proximity to a good selection of restaurants. You will receive details of accommodations and transportation when you register, or you may contact us to get this information in advance.

8. Bring a Colleague/ Receive a Free Profile

We are building a community of practice of like-minded colleagues. For each person you refer to us who completes The Leadership Circle Profile Certification*, you will receive a credit for a free Leadership Circle Profile assessment (up to a $400 USD retail value) that you can use with your clients after certification. This can help you cover part of your certification fee.

*Your referral is someone who has not previously contacted or been contacted by The Leadership Circle. Credits are only given to people who are attending the certification date listed on this web page or who have attended certification in the past in the US or Canada. Referral credits are not available outside of the US or Canada.
