v In 2006, she retired as UCLA’s Head Coach after 36 years as a UCLA student, coach, and administrator. Sue also holds the highest career win percentage in NCAA Division I Softball (.832).
v More National Championship titles (11) than anyone in NCAA Division I Softball history.
v USA National Team coach & player-coached more Collegiate Softball Olympians than anyone in NCAA Softball history.
v She sits in four Hall of Fames as a player or coach: UCLA, Women's International Sports Foundation, Natonal Fastpitch Coaches Association, and San Juan Unified School District
v Held UCLA’s career batting title for over two decades (.401)
v UCLA’s Softball First: All American, National Champion, and Hall of Famer.
v One of the first girls to play boys high school baseball at San Clemente(1974). Thanks to Title IX!
v A graduate of UCLA and San Clemente High School.
v Co-Designed the Wooden Leadership Academy within the UCLA Athletics Department.
v Co-developed the #1 online hitting instructional software Rightviewpro.com.
v Co-designed the Softball products for XPROTEX, a sports protection equipment company.
v Developed over 30 instructional videos regarding all aspects of the game.
v Invented the X-Bats SB 401 training bat.
v Invented the Schutt Sports slide wrap.
v Owns and operates three companies; Sue Enquist Coaching, LLC , Champions Festival, LLC, and, Honest Words, LLC which specialize in corporate and educational leadership.
v Expert witness for Title IX and coach discrimination cases.
v Humanex-Content developer, and strategic business partner. Humanex is a talent assessment, development, and training corporation.
v Louisville Slugger- Consultant, designer, and strategic partners in the sporting goods industry.
