The course will include profanity (mainly asshole, but nothing is impossible).

About Myself:

Braedi Delong - Business operations, market strategy, and workplace culture have become my professional career and life passion. I'd like to say my path into business operations was a strategic thought-out plan, but in reality, the path found me. Throughout most of my life, I have had a strong desire and need to find new efficiencies, better processes, more creative problem-solving. From a young age, I struggled with the notion that we should think within the box, not reinvent the wheel, and do what we are "supposed" to do.

My educational background yields to behavioral sciences, focusing on human learning, cognition, and human interpretations. This academic focus was in pursuit of becoming a symphony conductor. I am a professionally trained classical pianist and vocalist. While I was in university, I was given the opportunity to work at Palm Beach State College to develop a new educational program for kids from 8 years old through high school to discover the university experience. We ended up creating an entirely new academic structure and mentorship program that is still thriving to this day. I had the privilege of being the Director of this program for 5 years before moving my focus over to the business world.

Fast forward to today, I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of leaders and companies who have allowed me to rip apart their policies, people management systems, spend allocations, strategy, and beyond. Thanks to these people and many stellar mentors, I now specialize in developing effective business organization
processes and management, hiring and staff structure, marketing, and advertising, and financial viability and sustainability.
