Who It's For: Students new to campus life or exploring how to get involved.
Ideal Participants: First-year students, transfer students, graduate students, and anyone curious about student leadership or joining an organization at Southeastern.

Emerging Leaders Track

Who It's For: Students with some involvement experience, ready to deepen their impact.
Ideal Participants: Current student leaders with less than 2 years of experience, including members of student organizations, departmental groups, or Greek Life. Also ideal for upperclassmen, transfers, commuters, or grad students looking to grow.

Established Leaders Track

Who It's For: Experienced student leaders ready to lead at a higher level.
Ideal Participants: Those with 2+ years of leadership experience in student orgs, Greek Life, or university programming. Includes upperclassmen, grad students, and returning leaders in top roles.

While this leadership conference is no longer required, it remains a valuable part of the leadership experience as a student leader. The event provides opportunities for acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary for their future success.

Yes, S.O.L.E. is opened to enrolled Southeastern Students. We encourage students who want to become engaged to attend so you can network with organizations, gain leadership skills, and soft skills prior to getting involved.

I am an incoming Freshman, can I attend S.O.L.E.?

S.O.L.E. is opened to all enrolled Southeastern Students. We encourage students who want to become engaged to attend so you can network with organizations, gain leadership skills, and soft skills prior to getting involved.

If I do not have anyone to attend on behalf of my organization, will this not be recognized?

S.O.L.E. is no longer a requirement for your organization to be recognized. This is an opportunity for you and your organization to grow and gain skills to be successful throughout your leadership journey. We encourage organizations to attend.
