Receiving open and honest feedback in today’s workplace is becoming more and more difficult especially as leaders move into the higher ranks of the organization. The LeAD360 Assessment provides a unique opportunity to get the feedback you need to move your development as a leader forward. Both yourself and up to 20 members of your work circle – your peers, supervisor, subordinates, even customers – nominated by you will complete an online survey rating your leadership behaviors aligned with LeAD Labs’ 6P Leadership Framework. This framework includes effective leadership behaviors as established by the last 100 years of research and scholarship in this field. You will receive an individualized 15 page feedback report via email. The purpose of the feedback report is to enhance your self-insight about how others perceive your leadership behaviors to allow you to grow and advance your development as a leader. The assessment includes both quantitative behavioral ratings as well as open-ended qualitative feedback on the leader’s strengths and weaknesses. To help you make sense of the feedback, we will work with you to schedule a virtual 30 minute one-on-one coaching session with a LeAD Certified coach at a time that is convenient for you (within 30 days of receving your report). Our coaches are experts on leader assessment and development and can help you glean the information you need from the report to push your development as a leader forward.

DISCLAIMER: All LeAD360 assessments including coaching session must be completed by the end of the year (December 31, 2019).

FEEDBACK REPORT: After the assessment period is complete, a personalized feedback report will be generated and provided to the target leader and their LeAD Certified Coach. Feedback reports will not be provided to any third parties (e.g., managers, HR, etc) ONLY to the individual leader and their coach.

REFUNDS: A feedback report will NOT be provided if less than 3 nominees complete the assessment in order to protect anonymity. Once the assessment process has begun we are unable to offer refunds for assessments that are only partially completed. If the minimum number of nominees (equal to 3) fail to assess the target leader or if the target leader fails to complete the self-assessment, then a report and coaching will not be provided and we will not be able to process a refund.
