Description

This month's theme: Vision Board and Intentions Setting for 2019

Join Us In Setting Clear Intentions for 2019 and Giving Them Life Using a Powerful Manifestation Tool: a Visualization board !

Vision Board Benefits:

  • It empowers you to manisfest your intentions

  • It brings physical reality to your intentions

  • It works as a reminder of your goals and therefore motivates and inspires you toward daily concrete action

We Will Provide: all supplies, a light snack and drinks.

Why? I am doing this:

Because I care.

But is it enough?

Most people do care about others and the world. Caring isn’t enough to spark action though.

To be completely honest, I am doing this because I can.

I am doing this, because I have learned priceless invaluable
lessons that I need to share with others.
Why would I not help in making the world better if I can?

Curious? Join me on January, 6th 2019 by clicking on the Tickets
button and join myself and a group of like minded ambitious people to
learn more about how I can help transform your life by sharing more of
my own learning on setting clear intentions and reaching them.

Still need to know more? Let me share more below…about the 3 types
of people I think this event is for.

This event is meant for these 3 types of people

(if you are not one of them, don't bother ;) )

I myself have been through both Stage 1 and 2 below in the span of 5 years (from 2013 to 2018)

Freedom Seekers (stage 1)

You are a Freedom Seeker if you know what you do not want but it’s hard for you yet to figure out what exactly it is that you do want.

Right now:

Your goals are

  • making more money so you can live a stress-free life
  • while having more time for yourself
  • and do something you love (working for yourself or others)

Your self-development program includes:

  • reading or consuming mostly motivational & self-development content
  • you consume mostly free content and allocate less then 100 dollars per year in continued learnings
  • at this stage, you accumulate more knowledge than you actually take action (sorry to be blunt because you mainly need to know / convince yourself that what you want is possible.

You feel:

  • excited
  • but you also have fears and doubts and you feel kind of lost.
  • your emotions are a bit like a rollercoaster
  • you need to experience quick wins to build up your confidence

Freedom Builders (stage 2)

You are a Freedom Builder if you know what you want.

Right now:

Your goals are

  • you know money isn’t the answer to everything, it sure helps but there is more to Freedom: you are now ready to live other aspects of Freedom while growing your business / career
  • you have Clarity on your long-term goals and work through your action plan to get there.
  • your main goal is to start enjoying NOW the fruits of your labour: Freedom doesn’t wait

Your self-development program includes:

  • reading and consuming mostly business content
  • this content starts to affect positively your personal life: your takeaways from your reading isn’t just focused anymore on improving business and making more money, but they also make you reflect and make changes in your personal life
  • you consume mainly paid content and invest monthly at least 25 to 50$ in your continued learnings or you make a one-time investment in a main training that you have identified would bring you to the next stage
  • you understand the power of books, trainings, and applying knowledge in real life: you take actions

You feel:

  • confident in what you do, you perform well and keep learning skills to improve
  • you are not as excited as in the beginning though…you are more experienced, you understand that you are in it for the long-run and you are not looking for quick wins but rather milestones to keep moving towards your long-term goals
  • you are emotionally stable and you are looking to bring in more excitement and fun in your life.

Freedom Masters (stage 3)

You are a Freedom Master if you want more than just accomplishing your own personal goals. You now have a clear Purpose, Vision Statement and you have noticed that you are inspiring people to find their own Personal Freedom.

Right now:

Your goals are

  • your main goal is to show others how to access their Freedom & Power and inspire them to Lead Their Life

Your self-development program includes:

  • You read and consume very specific content related to your Mission
  • you consume paid content that are in the upper bracket, you travel for learnings
  • every day, a part of your day is dedicated to continued leanings
  • at this stage, this is just part of who you are: you keep evolving and changing, you don't even see it as a means to an end. It has become natural.

You feel:

  • you have reached a stage where you feel content. Not necessarily because you've done everything you could have (and you did) but because you understand how to appreciate Life and what is truly important. And you feel compelled to share it around you, not by preaching but by opening up, showing true authenticity and vulnerability in business and in your personal life
  • you are are on a Mission. You practice Gratitude and at this point everything you get and receive is a bonus (not a need)
  • you are strong in your ability to impact the world. Before that stage, you were only thinking in terms of a smaller scale (family, friends, clients, etc). Now you feel attracted to a higher calling: impact at a much larger scale
  • you do not feel afraid, you are not feeling lost, but you know that you need to put specific things in place so that you can take that leap (which also means getting rid of some things, habits, beliefs, etc.).
  • you feel a strong pull towards service to others as you feel grounded and capable of navigating in peace through uncertainty

If you recognize yourself in one of the 3 descriptions above, welcome !

And or the ones that are at stage 3, where I am at right now, you already know the value of being connected to like-minded people and sharing / learning from each other ;)

So here it is.

For the ones that are ready to change their life.

For the ones that are willing to change their world and the World.

For the ones that are brave enough to just do it because they can.

TESTIMONIALS

Jenn Sebastian

For the last couple years I found myself overworked, not spending my days doing anything that felt fun to me, not spending nearly enough time with my family or friends and not feeling excited about much in life anymore. My food choices, my sleep, my relationships and my confidence all suffered.

I noticed that not only was I burnt out and dealing with adrenal fatigue, I had been struggling to find the motivation to grow and just felt stuck in the same routine and the same results. It was clear to me that I wanted and needed to make changes!

Annick began asking me questions about my life and what would happen if I didn’t work so much, or if I started taking more time for self care. She had me think about what positive habits I could put in place to help make changes in my life and recommended that I check out Brendon Burchard’s book called High Performance Habits.

I’ve read the book twice now and continue to reference the things I high-lightened! I appreciate Annick so much for suggesting I not only read the book, but that I take a look at my habits and create new ones to bring joy and happiness in my life. Doing those two things has definitely been life changing. I’m spending a lot more time with family and friends, I’m working a lot less now and doing things that have been on my “maybe someday” list for way too long.

I am grateful to say that I have met Annick, a person who changed my life and helped me grow in ways I didn’t know was possible.

What makes Annick stand out is that she leads by example and always practices what she preaches.

Ever since I met her, she has been reading books day and night and applying them to her daily life.

The books that she has recommended me helped me grow in my personal, professional and financial life, keep me motivated, inspired, well rounded and disciplined.

Some of the life changing books she recommended were:

  • The Wealth Chef by Ann Wilson, which helped me understand the basic foundations of finance and investment and enabled me to invest my money for the first time (with Annick’s guidance).

  • Another book that helped me with my finance management is Tony Robbins’ Unshakeable: Your Financial Freedom Playbook. Annick helped break down the core principles to help me understand finance better.

  • On the professional side, she recommended Brendon Burchard’s High Performance Habits, which really helped me align my thoughts, and start developing healthy habits and rituals to keep me focused and motivated.

  • Lastly, she helped me figure out my purpose and my “why” with Simon Sinek’s Start with Why, where she guided me towards truly examining what my passion was, and why I wanted to pursue a career in holistic health.

I am truly grateful for this incredible and insightful mentor that talks the talk and walks the walk. Thank you Annick!

Annick has had an important impact in my life since I met her in 2013. She has been a real Mentor throughout the years as she has helped me find my true Self. She has the capacity to clearly understand each situations and provides you with great advices and insights.

Some of the life-changing books she has recommended me are:

  • Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion: I used to have a hard time saying “no”, to a fault, and this book has helped me understand the psychology of why people say “yes” – how we influence each other’s and that is totally ok to say “no” without feeling guilty. This is definitely a great skill to have to live with more freedoom !

  • Daring Greatly: Brenée Brown is one of my favorite authors and Daring Greatly truly transformed the way I am dealing with my emotions…I used to hide them and try to protect myself from getting hurt. This book has made me realize that vulnerability is not a weakness but a strength. How could I really be happy when I was not being my true Self?

  • Courage: We all have a hard time living in the present, overwhelmed by old scars from the past and worries from the future. However the present is the only thing we have control over but to truly be present we have to let go of our fears. Thanks to this book, I have learned that the best way for me to deal with my fears was to embrace them. Osho, the author, has helped me find my ability to be brave in times of adversity and live my life with courage.

I owe Annick part of my professional success as these books and her constant support have made a real difference in my life. Annick has pushed me to get clear on what I wanted and really go above and beyond to get it. Thanks to these books, I have discovered my unique gift – my ability to love and support people – and I have developed it through my work, fast-tracking my professional career:

I began my career in Toronto as a Recruiter and quickly evolved as a HR Generalist. Working 2 years in the health industry, I was in charge of recruitment, group insurance, payroll, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and strategies. In a short time, I was able to attract and maintain talents by implementing effective strategies which helped to reduce the turnover.

I then joined Westmont Hospitality Group, an international hospitality group, as a Regional HR Generalist. I was responsible for over 35 hotels, where I played a decisive role in the implementation and the development of HR.

I currently oversee Talent for both KBS advertising agencies in Toronto and Montreal, ensuring that the general administration, the HR strategies and programs are performing.

I am also proud to say that I have been nominated Top 25 HR Professionals: 2017 Canadian HR Reporter and 2018 Finalist HR Rising Star of the Year.

Every single day, I go above and beyond in my life. My motto is “You can pretend to show up but you can’t pretend to care.” And because I care, I understand how important it is for me to keep learning and growing as a person.

There is more success to come and I know that Annick will be, in some way or another, part of it.
