About this event

Learn about our new and improved Lead Like an Ally self-paced, online program in this free session. We'll also be sharing about our new Diversity Calendar for celebrations and awareness - an excellent free resource for your organization as you think about incorporating DEI into your communication plan for 2022!

What do we know about effective diversity and inclusion programs? They are intentional, consistent, and teach inclusive leadership. Our new Lead Like an Ally program is designed to meet organizations where they are at on their diversity and inclusion journey. We've developed a choose your own adventure, virtual program that can be done at whatever pace works for the participant - over the course of one week, one month, or one year.  This program is broken into 5 to 10 minute modules, with supplementary reading and resources to dive into as you follow along with the workbook.

During this free quarterly webinar, we'll discuss the content included in the online program, answer your questions, and share about another excellent free resource for your organization! This time, learn about our Diversity Calendar! Learn more at LeadLikeAnAlly.com.
