Le Diner En Rouge 2023

The ladies of Bay Area Houston Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are fundraising by dining in rouge and you are invited to join us! This year, Diner En Rouge is on Saturday, April 1st, 2023, from 6PM-9PM and will be hosted by KHOU 11 Morning News Anchor Kimberly Davis. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards local scholarships and programming in BAHA's service areas (Pearland, Friendswood, Clearlake, Pasadena, Seabrook, and Webster.

For entertainment and vibes, we will have a live band, DJ, food trucks, games and a secret location that won't disappoint! We will also announce the grand prize winner of our Raffle Fundraiser during the event.

The following are the different experiences we are offering:

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS (You are assigned a seat by BAHA)

1. Bring-Your-Own-Everything (BYOE) General Admission ($65) | Admission for one with everything provided by ticketholder
2. Reserved General Admission ($80) | Admission for one with assigned seating at a table provided by BAHA
3. VIP Admission ($120) | VIP admission with assigned seating at a decorated table with food and non-alcoholic drink provided

TABLE TICKETS FOR 10 (You Choose Who Sits at your Table)

1. Reserved General Admission ($750) | General Admission for ten with an assigned round or rectangular table
2. Reserved VIP ($1,200) | VIP Admission for ten with an assigned decorated table with food, non-alcoholic drinks and (5) reserved parking passes provided

SPONSORSHIPS

1. Grassroots Sponsor ($250) | Includes reserved general admission, food, non-alcoholic drinks, and business logo included in paper and digital programs
2. Growth Sponsor ($1,000) | Includes VIP admission for four with assigned seating, food, non-alcoholic drinks, (2) reserved parking passes, logo included in paper program, ad included in digital program, and operating station named for sponsor (i.e. Photobooth sponsored by "SPONSOR")
3. Elevate Sponsor ($2,500)| VIP admission tickets for ten unassigned seating at decorated table with food, non-alcoholic drink and (5) reserved parking passes provided, logo and "sponsored by" advertising on Eventbrite, social media platforms advertising DER flyer in paper program and logo and full page ad and commercial in digital program booklets, and, operating station named for sponsor (i.e. Photobooth sponsored by "SPONSOR")
