Get Acquainted Hour: 5 - 6 p.m.

Dinner and Program: 6 p.m.

Dessert Tasting: 8 p.m.

This annual event is held to celebrate civic, economic, and regional accomplishments and formally recognize elected officials, private citizens, public employees, businesses, and intergovernmental teams for their outstanding service, leadership, and commitment to the regional community.

Guest Speaker: Micah Elconin

Micah Elconin is the President of Season to Taste Inc, a food and beverage management consulting firm and Director of Eugene's Table, a food and beverage industry partnership coordinated by his firm. Eugene’s Table unites the food and beverage manufacturing community in the greater Eugene, Oregon area to solidify our region as a hub for world-class companies. Mr. Elconin leverages 15 years of experience as a sales manager, food entrepreneur, non-profit manager, analyst, teacher, professional chef and amateur gardener to provide value for regional food businesses.

Mr. Elconin founded The Educated Vegetable in 2005, a personal chef business based out of Santa Barbara, CA. His client list included David Crosby, Ellen DeGeneres, Will Smith, and Noah Wyle. In 2012 Elconin earned an MBA from UO’s Lundquist College of Business. Upon graduation, he was hired by NEDCO to design, launch, and manage the Sprout! program in Springfield. Between 2015 and 2016 he led sales for Harvest Santa Barbara, a regional Organic produce distributor, where he doubled the companies seven figure annual sales revenue. In 2017, Mr. Elconin was named a 20 under 40 Business Leader by his peers in the Eugene Springfield area.

Dinner Buffet Menu: This year's Annual Dinner will focus on the thriving food and beverage industry in Lane County, with the dinner buffet and dessert sourced with ingredients from Lane County!

Tickets: $50 each

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Although there are two entrances from 30th Avenue to Lane Community College, it is recommended that you take the main (west) entrance. After turning onto 30th Avenue from Interstate-5, proceed past the first entrance (through the traffic light) and on to the cloverleaf interchange ahead (Gonyea Road). This will lead you directly to Building 19 and the Center for Meeting and Learning. Plentiful FREE parking is available in either Lot C or D, directly across the street from the Center.
