"Lean Construction at the Four Seasons"

Chuck will present how Lean practices are being applied to the Four Seasons Orlando project, on location.
He will be giving a tour of the facility and show how the following Lean techniques are being used. Chuck will discuss how these practices can be used universally on all projects for greater efficiency and cost savings.
