The Latino Caucus is proud to conduct its 1st Central Valley “Call to Action” event, it is important to us to use Cinco de Mayo to come together for a conversation about core principles and to assess the state of Latinos in California. This event will include a screening of the documentary Waking Dream: Young. Undocumented. Future unknown. by Theo Ridgby. This film on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) follows the lives of a series of California DACA students.
