Master Chef Series: Culinary- Braising and Stewing 2/23/13
Student volunteers will assist chefs with prep, demo, student assistance and clean up.
Please bring your tool kits and be in complete uniform.
Classes usually take place in M109 (lab 3) and/ or M107 (lab 4) in the main building.
