Layers of Me: Collage Workshop

Come and expand your creativity while learning through a hands-on demonstration on how to assemble a small three-dimensional relief sculpture using simple cardboard shapes built up from a base. Layer by layer, piece by piece, participants will showcase where/what/who shaped their identity. Refreshments will be provided!

Celeste is a visual artist whose work is focused on abstracted and surrealistic interpretation. She is focused on abstracted and surrealistic interpretation of her life and familial history. Celeste is an art student at Rutgers University- Camden and plans on becoming an art educator. She is currently an assistant visual arts instructor at the IDEA Center for the Arts.
