Description

The Law School E-Discovery Core Curriculum Consortium is composed of law professors teaching electronic discovery courses at their respective law schools. The Consortium’s current members are:

The Consortium’s mission is to advance the teaching of electronic discovery to law students by developing pedagogic tools and methods including lecture content, exercises, hands-on e-discovery software activities, and formative assessments. The Consortium's goals include the development of a model curriculum that articulates core learning objectives and methods for an initial law school e-discovery course. The Consortium meets regularly to advance its goals.

On March 30, 2018, the Consortium will hold an in person workshop focusing on curriculum development at the University of Florida Levin College of Law from 9:00 AM to noon. The Consortium’s meeting is open to all person interested in advancing law school e-discovery pedagogy.
