Laurels Charity Crew Leinster Cycle

This is a fun chartity cycle starting in Clondalkin.
Day 1 is 137k long staying overnight in Carlow.
Day 2 is 75k.
The fee is 95 euro and includes one night B&B, all your snack and water duing the cycle and a cycle top. You will also be asked to raise money for Our Lady's Hospital in Crumlin. You can do this online via the CMRF website tagging it LAURELS CYCLE or by sponsorship cards which we will provide.
These are the terms and conditions which apply to your use of and attendance of the2017 Leinster Cycle from us. If you do not agree to these Conditions, you must not attend our cycle.
You should read these Conditions carefully before signing up to the cycle.
We reserve the right to change these Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Conditions will be effective after the change is published on this Website. You should check these Conditions before each order as they may have changed since your last session.

You must be aged 18 years or over to attend our cycle.
You agree to comply with our cycle rules which you can see on the event information.
We reserve the right to refuse you access to the our cycle if we reasonably consider that your conduct is damaging to our reputation, is in breach of these Conditions or would otherwise be in the interests of other cyclists.
By taking part and registering for cycle you hereby agree that there are certain inherent risks and dangers involved in participating in the event. If you observe any hazard during participation, you will bring it to the attention of the nearest Marshall. You accept and are aware that there are inherent risks associated with physical activity and participation in the event. Some of these risks cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but they range from 1) minor injuries such as scratches, bruises and sprains; 2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries, heart attacks and concussions; 3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death and; 4) continual or long-term exposure to amplified music carries risk of hearing damage.
By attending our Cycle, you hereby (1) assume full responsibility for any and all injuries or damage which are sustained or aggravated by you as a result of your participation , (2) waive, release and forever discharge the Laurels Charity Crew, its support crew and committee, instructors, ambassadors, representatives, and all others from any and all responsibility, claims, rights, causes of action and/or liability from injuries or damages to your person or property resulting from your participation in the event , and (3) represent you have no medical or physical condition which would prevent you from attending any event or put you in any physical or medical danger, and have not been instructed by a physician not to do so. We hereby advise you that individuals with any chronic disabilities or conditions are at risk in participating in the event, and are advised against doing so, concerns are unfounded.
The Laurels Crew reserves the right to refuse entry to the event at its discretion. For safety reasons, you are responsible for adhering to the above provision and agree to the conditions in the Waiver and Release Statement which you agreed to when registering for a place at this event.
