This two-day leadership development program brings together teachers, building and district leadership teams, central office administrators for an immersive experience designed to help leaders create an organizational culture that empowers employees to act innovatively.

Bill Brennan, Ed.D. is a leading educator in the area of innovative leadership, teaching, and learning.  Working with a team of educators in Farmingdale, Bill led an overhaul of professional practices related to organizational learning and successfully established Farmingdale Schools and the leadership team as an incubator for innovation in learning. Over the past decade he has delivered numerous keynotes and consulted in school districts across the United States on school transformation, professional learning, personalized learning, and leadership. Bill holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from Fordham University and currently teachers in the Doctoral program.
