About this event
Open Door Group and Presidents Group are proud to present this national launch of a new free tool that helps Canadian employers become more disability-inclusive. The Disability Inclusive Employer Self-Assessment helps organizations assess their current disability inclusion practices and provides a 20-page report of tangible actions and resources employers can use to improve their performance.
Developed by Open Door Group and Presidents Group, two non-profit organizations with expertise in creating disability-inclusive workplaces, the self-assessment covers a dozen categories including Mental Health, Employee Benefits, Recruitment and Digital Accessibility.
In this 1 hour webinar, we will offer you a tour of this new tool, a summary of the evidence-based practices that underpin the assessment and hear from the team that created this new accessibility resource.
Accessibility services including CART, LSQ and ASL will be available courtesy our partners Hire for Talent. If you have other access needs, you will be invited to share them during registration.
Une traduction simultanée de l'anglais vers le français sera disponible.
Who should attend?
Whether your business has just started on the journey to inclusion, or your organization has already taken strides to be more disability-inclusive, you’ll benefit from this simple to use tool.
