LODGING
The Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is offering a special conference rate of only $149 per night. To book your room call (407) 827-4000 and mention the Launch Conference. The conference rate is valid through March 14th.

The Hilton is approximately 25 minutes from MCO (Orlando International Airport). We recommend scheduling your flight to arrive by 1:00pm to avoid delays checking in at the Hilton and attending our conference registration. Directions from the airport can be found by clicking here.

TRANSPORTATION
There are many transportation services to choose from in Orlando. Our team often uses Mears Transportation. If you're renting a car, self-parking is $9 for our attendees.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Should you need to cancel for any reason, 45 days or more before the event, you may choose one of two options: 1) A credit on your account to use towards another DCI event within 12 months, or 2) A refund less a $400 non-refundable deposit.
No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received less than 45 days before the event. You may transfer your registration to another person at any time.
