Laughter Yoga is fun, an exercise for the insides, a revolutionary idea – simple and profound. Why should we laugh? It is no joke that laughter can relieve stress, a legal, powerfully healing and free drug. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group, with eye contact and childlike playfulness; it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. No mats or special clothing required. Seriousness is not the correct response to our absurd world. Laughter opens the mind and leads us to forgiveness. Let’s laugh together so we can live together.
