Laugh Your Craft Off is a series of craft workshops where you can make things with artists while comedians tell jokes. We’ve paired artists and crafters with comedians to take your grandma's craft circle to a whole new level. There will be laughs! There will be crafts! So grab yourself a drink and come hangout with us!

Have all your friends been cross stitching the past couple years and you’re just now hoping to jump on the cross-stitching train? You’re in luck! Come learn the basics of cross stitching by choosing from a few nature, video game, or weather-related designs. We will cover the materials needed, how to make and read a cross stitch design, and how to execute that design…just show up!

About The Crafter: Steffie Notion (she/her)

Steffie Notion started sewing when she was eight years old with her mother, and her love for textile work has only grown since then. She now focuses on hand embroidery with body positive and sometimes sexual themes. Her aim is to allow viewers to see the beauty and autonomy of each body, including their own, while pushing the limits of what the art of embroidery can look like.

About The Comedian: Lee Robinson (they/them)

Lee Robinson is a Denver based stand-up comedian, writer, and former middle school chess champion (brag). They’ve been featured on OutTV, festivals like High Plains Comedy Festival, and they co-created and host an ever-sold out, chaotically queer comedy variety show called Dyketopia.
