Latinitas: In Person Bilingual Summer Camps

All camps are for girls and nonbinary students age 9 - 14

Regular Pricing: $325

Cine Chica (June 26th -June 30th) - At Cine Chica Summer Camp, students ages 9-14 will explore the power of storytelling through video, photo and audio projects. Students interested in movies, music videos, YouTube, and other creative outlets are invited to register!

Design Chica (July 3rd - July 7th) - At Design Chica Summer Camp, students ages 9-14 will explore design thinking to innovate, UX and web design, wearable technology / tech-y fashion and create fashion and design virtual portfolios.

Power Chica (July 10th - July 14th) - At Power Chica Summer Camp, students ages 9-14 will explore how to use their “chica powers” to lead in the community, entrepreneurship, social advocacy and leadership training. Students will create their own businesses, social media campaigns and brands.

Healthy Chica (July 17th - July 21st) - At Healthy Chica Summer Camp, students ages 9-14 will explore how to be healthy and balanced through beauty, nutrition, fitness, self image and self care activities and create reflective mind, body and soul projects with media and technology.

Game Chica (July 24th - July 28th) - At Game Chica Summer Camp, students ages 9-14 will explore a social issue they want to aim the spotlight towards and use the power of storytelling to create their very own video game to promote positive change in the world.

Camp Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 4pm

Camp Location: Latinitas HQ (Address will be sent to participants)

Campamento de verano para niñas y estudiantes no binarios de 9 - 14 años de edad.

Precio Regular: $325

Cine Chica (June 26th -June 30th): En nuestro campamento de Cine Chica estudiantes entre 9 a 14 años de edad explorarán el poder de la narración utilizando video, fotografía y audio. Los estudiantes interesados en películas, videos musicales, YouTube y otros medios de comunicación están invitados a registrarse.

Design Chica (July 3rd - July 7th): En nuestro campamento de Design Chica, estudiantes entre 9 a 14 años de edad explorarán diseño UX, diseño web, tecnología usable y diseño de moda. En este campamento los estudiantes crearán sus propios portafolios.

Power Chica (July 10th - July 14th): En nuestro campamento de Design Chica, estudiantes entre 9 a 14 años de edad explorarán cómo usar sus “poderes chica” para ser líderes en la comunidad, utilizando sus talentos de liderazgo, emprendimiento. Los estudiantes crearán sus propios negocios y campañas de comunicación.

Healthy Chica (July 17th - July 21st) : En nuestro campamento de Healthy Chica, las estudiantes entre 9 a 14 años de edad explorarán sobre la nutrición, la salud mental y física . Los estudiantes crearán proyectos sobre su reflexión utilizando la tecnología.

Game Chica (July 24th - July 28th): En nuestro campamento de Game Chica, nuestras estudiantes entre 9 a 14 años de edad explorarán sobre el poder de la narración al explorar y sobre los videojuegos y la robótica.
